The hotel was located in the Vegas strip. Within walking distance of everything, super convenient! And very clean! A+ service from the staff. Free internet!

The price was a good. And the accomodations was all I needed. The Hotel staff are very friendly! Property is older but kept clean.

Location of the hotel.
Very poorly cleaned bathroom, front desk said they were going to give away my prepaid room in an hour if I wasn't there yet. They sent someone into the room to look at it before I was even allowed to leave. Shower was incredibly dirty, and found a cockroach on the floor of the bathroom. Very poor hotel, would not stay there again.

The front desk staffs were very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Deli shop was on the site and so convenient. I did not go but I saw several restaurants nearby, Mac, PandaExpress, etc. Easy to take a taxi. I came for Interop Convention at Mandalay Bay. From Convention center, walking back to Motel 8 through parking lot was only 5 min walk. It is even easier than going back to the Mandalay Hotel lobby. I used to stay at Four Seasons hotel right across from Motel 8 because I hate to go through Casino lobby in Las Vegas hotel. Fout Seasons Las Vegas is the only hotel that I do not have to go through Casino. Now I found another one, "Motel 8". In fact, I will use Motel 8 exclusively when I come to Mandalay Convention center. I love it

Staff was very helpful. Room and beds were ok. This motel did not have a gambling casino, but did have a convenience store, which I personally prefer.
Very old style motel, but has been kept up. Rooms a liveable. Wi Fi sketchy, but they say they are planning on upgrading.that.

didnt need tv, maybe a coffee maker or flat iron is better.

It made me uneasy there was not an actual deadbolt on the door.

Very basic, amenities, No "extras" that other motels offer. Like tissues, coffee, ice, shampoo, Cable TV
